Your one-time membership fee gives you lifetime access to Marek, including continuous 1-on-1 health coaching, clinician consultations, and a custom lab report with your personalized protocol. Required labs, supplements, and prescriptions are not part of the membership fee—they’re billed separately, with exclusive discounts for members.
After your consultation, your medical provider will order labs through Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp. You can visit any of their 4,500+ locations nationwide, or we can arrange at-home phlebotomy in most areas. Results are typically available within 3-5 business days and analyzed by your provider.
We specialize in hormone optimization, metabolic health, cardiovascular wellness, peptide therapies, and longevity protocols. All strategies are guided by licensed medical providers and based on comprehensive diagnostic testing and clinical evaluation.
